Hort Park (?)

The day was spent going around the city. We either hiked or took the MRT, buses and cabs. 
I'm not sure but maybe this place is Hort Park.

There's this walkway from the top of the hill down to the ground level.

There are various gardens in this place. The centerpiece
for this garden is a car sliced in half.
