Hotel Switch

I'm now staying downtown. Previously, I was staying at a hotel that was much closer to work. However, there was hardly any life in that location. Downtown means more options for restaurants, shops and proximity to the subway so we can go places without having to deal with possible communication problems with cab drivers. Here are some pictures:

woww great room! dont you get lonely alone in such a big room? remember when you sponsored my room at the Renaissance in Toronto? My first night alone was so lonely. I didnt notice how nice, grand and cozy the room was. I have to count the airplanes that I see from my 8th floor room. ha ha ha!
Beijing is vibrant! Nice view from your room.
When I was in Hongkong (sponsored too) I cant seem to figure out how modern and rich this city is and its only 1 hour and 45 minutes away from our Manila.

Although the hotels usually give me the room upgrades, I'm concerned only about getting a clean room. On some of my trips where Marilou and the kids are able to join me on my trips, that's the only time I can say that the type of room actually matters. The sitting area is great because you can watch TV or surf and you don't have to be on the bed.
